Lily Denehy

MA/MS Student

Biography

Lily Denehy is a dual-degree master’s student in History and Library and Information Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is interested in how gender, empire, and race work in sports contexts in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In information sciences, she aspires to be an academic librarian with interests in reference, instruction, humanities and fine arts research, and government information schemas.

Sports history, British empire, gender and sexuality
