Albert Lopez

Biography

Albert is a first-year history Ph.D. student from California who predominantly studies Latino Baseball history with a concentrated focus on the Los Angeles Dodgers and how they engage with Los Angeles's significantly large Latino and Chicano demographic. Albert was born in Los Angeles but grew up in San Bernardino County and has been a Dodger fan his whole life. His passion for history and great affinity for the Los Angeles Dodgers greatly influenced his pursuit of a PhD in the history of the Dodgers' approach to engage the Latino fanbase that he is a part of.
